TIGRESS FITNESS

Our Tigress Fitness programs are set based on the understanding of the importance of making exercise part of a woman's daily healthy routine and we are dedicated to providing you with a relaxed supportive, and fun environment, where you can go and be with other women who are working to achieve a better, healthier lifestyle! Childcare facility also available!

All Classes are run daily starting at 9.15am 5 days a week

The centre will be exclusive to women from Monday to Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm
